I have a one-question audit I run in the first meeting. What's the last AI thing you still use every week?

I ask the people doing the work. Not the person who bought the stack. About half the time the room goes quiet. Then someone mentions a ChatGPT tab they open when nobody is looking.

That's the diagnosis. Put it in Slack as a 24-hour thread. Workflow, owner, last used. Anything with no owner gets cut. Anything not used in 14 days gets cut.

Build the next loop from that list, not from a vendor demo.
